Henry and Mudge

"In the summer, Henry and his dog Mudge liked to go on picnics."(P. 8).

Henry and Mudge go to picnics! They prepared delicious food for picnics. Sounds fun!! They play on the beautiful green hill. Green leaves, flowers, and beautiful tree make Henry and Mudge lively.
By reading, I think that I become to be lively like them. These days the weather is very cold, so I feel a beautiful atmosphere of summer first time in days. In addition, I didn’t go to picnics for a long time, so I will go to picnics with friends in this spring.

And a boy and a dog slept, together, on the green hill in their time. (p. 48).

This is the end of this story. In this scene, Henry is wearing a crown made by leaves. It looks very nice! The leaves crown is suitable for summer picnics. I want such nice crown when I have picnics. I can’t make crown by leaves but can make it by flowers. Therefore, I will make a crown in my picnic day! I am looking forward to it!
If you want to feel lively atmosphere, I really recommend this book.
